What this site keeps,
and why.

Who is responsible

This site belongs to Taha Amnay Allam, an independent product engineer based in Morocco. For anything about your data, write to tahaamnayallam@gmail.com.

What is collected

The contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and message. They are stored so I can reply, and you get an automatic confirmation email.

The newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Booking a call: the name, email and time you choose, when you use a booking link I sent you.

Nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on this site.

Cookies

One cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers whether you read the site in English or French. It is needed for the site to work and is never used to track you.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. It does not use tracking cookies and does not follow you across sites.

Who processes it

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores contact messages, newsletter sign-ups and bookings. Resend sends the emails. Cloudflare provides DNS and the Turnstile check. Each one handles the data only to provide its service.

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Messages and bookings are kept as long as they are useful to our exchange, and deleted whenever you ask. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to its use. Email tahaamnayallam@gmail.com and it will be done within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Morocco, the CNDP).
