Four habits I don’t skip.

Listen before building
The first week is calls, notes and the competition. The scope comes out of that, not out of a template.
- 02
Own the whole thing
Scope, design, code, hosting, DNS. One person carries it from the first call to production, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
- 03
Automate the second time
Do it once by hand. The second time, build it into a pipeline that runs on its own.
- 04
Make it feel good
Working is the minimum. I spend the time on how it looks, how it reads and how it feels to use.
