The Bear ThinksVideo automation

A channel that makes itself.

The Bear Thinks explains deep subjects in plain words, narrated by a deadpan bear. I built the pipeline that writes, voices, animates, checks and publishes every video, so the channel posts one a day to four platforms and I only approve.

The pipeline

From a topic to a published short, in ten steps.

Nine steps run on their own. One is mine: I watch the video and approve it.

  1. 01

    Topic

A subject, or a reel worth answering. Facts checked.

  2. 02

    Brief

The idea chain, the length, what not to say.

  3. 03

    Script

Drafted from the brief, tested for a strong hook.

  4. 04

    Voice

The bear’s deadpan voice, every take re-checked.

  5. 05

    Visuals

Animated in the look that fits the topic.

  6. 06

    Render & QA

Checked frame by frame for flicker and safe areas.

  7. 07

    Earnings gate

Blocks any cut that would not earn.

  8. 08

    Review

I watch it, then approve it or send it back.
