ClimchamsField service platform
Every technician on the map. Every visit planned.
Climchams installs and repairs air conditioning and heating across Catalonia. I built the whole system they run on: the public website where customers ask for a visit, the office platform that plans the day and follows the team live, and the app technicians carry from job to job.
Three parts, one system.
The website
Customers pick a service, their area and a time, and the request lands on the office board.
The platform
The office plans each technician’s day, re-plans it when an urgent job comes in, and sees everyone live.
The app
Technicians see their next stop, navigate there, and close each job with notes and photos.
The live map
Who is where, and what they are doing now.
Each technician on shift shows up on the map with their status: on the way, on site, done. The list beside it says what is next for each of them, so the office answers “when will they arrive?” without a phone call.
